This report is the English-language translated and published edition of the 2025 Annual Report on Support for Victims of Digital Sexual Crimes, published in April 2026. It presents an overview of the victim support services provided by the National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response (NCDSCR) throughout the year, and includes sections such as "Center Overview," "Status of Harm and Support," and "Exemplary Cases of Victim Support." The report also presents relevant statistics and current data in graphic form to enhance understanding of the Center's victim support services for digital sexual crimes. 

Jointly produced by the UNDP Seoul Policy Centre and the Women's Human Rights Institute of Korea, this publication examines the Republic of Korea's comprehensive national response to technology-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV), covering legislative reforms, institutional frameworks and multi-agency coordination, with particular focus on the National Center for Digital Sexual Crime Response (NCDSCR). It offers practical considerations for policymakers seeking to establish or strengthen survivor-centred TFGBV response mechanisms worldwide. ​
